Research Unit Climate, Energy, Ethics

Climate change poses one of the most serious and most urgent problems of our time. The research unit “Climate, Energy, Ethics” provides an important platform for researchers at Ruhr-University who work on climate change. It is a place where cross-disciplinary dialogue and cooperation is initiated.           

We have a special interest in supporting those research projects that investigate into the possibility (and necessity) of transforming our energy and transport systems in such a way so as to avoid the emission of greenhouse gases.
