Description

The project DigiSchuKuMPK, as one of four projects of the Learning:Digital competence network, is made up of four Communities of Practice (CoP).
DigiSchuKuMPK aims at a digitisation-related and digitally supported professionalisation of the pedagogical staff at all-day primary schools. The development of in-service training promotes multiprofessionality as a core element of inclusive school culture development through intra-, inter- and transprofessional school and teaching development. Further, a focus is placed on the regional implementations of those developed concepts and formats, the provision of materials via digital infrastructures as well as the monitoring of the development processes. The relevance of the project stems from the need to change school culture in the context of the digital transformation and to improve cooperation between different practitioners.
CoP 4 School Culture of Self-Regulated Learning (SRL) (cooperation of the chairs of Prof Dr Joachim Wirth (RUB) and Prof Dr Ferdinand Stebner (UOS)) pursues the goal of developing SRL concepts in co-constructive development workshops with the entire pedagogical staff of the project schools, taking into account individual framework conditions. Based on research results and experiences from completed projects on SRL (GanzIn, GeGa) and in cooperation with pedagogical staff from 6 project schools, concepts and materials are being developed that will be made available to other schools in a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC).
