During the studies in the B.A.

Checkliste: So studieren Sie erfolgreich

You will study successfully during the course of the Bachelor's programme if you can literally check off the items listed below:

  • You create a timetable for each semester that includes a workload of about 12 CP in Educational Science (and a similar amount in your other subject, plus about 5 CP in the optional area).
  • In your first semester, you will successfully complete Foundations Module 5.
  • You are aware, when compiling your courses, that in the foundation modules 1 to 4 you usually study the two parts in two consecutive semesters.
  • You will complete the foundation modules with a module examination directly following the respective proseminar. You will use the lecture-free period to prepare for and take the exam(s).
  • You take into account that the advanced modules 5 and 6 are usually completed in one semester as well as concluded with an examination, namely AM 5 only in summer and AM 6 only in winter.
  • You know that for capacity reasons you can only take two parts per semester in advanced module 4. Part 4 of this module means taking a second seminar from Part 1 or 2 or 3 that is thematically different from the first.
  • You choose only one of the advanced modules 1 or 2 or 3 to deepen your interests.
  • You know that in advanced module 3 a lecture is only offered in part 1.
  • You are aware that in the advanced module 2 only one lecture is offered per semester, alternating between part 1 and part 2.
  • You take into account that also in the advanced module 1 not all parts are given as lectures every semester.
  • You take advantage of the possibility to take the module examination as directly as possible after an advanced seminar in an advanced module without having studied all parts beforehand.
  • You plan your Bachelor thesis in only one of your two subjects.
